Dave Serfling (DJ+, Instr.)
is a Professional DJ, MC, Event Planner, Reception Coordinator, Dance Instructor and Entertainer. He has been teaching dance classes since 1988 at which time his students began to hire him to DJ their weddings and birthday parties. In addition he has entertained at many retirement & company parties, baptisms, bar/bat mitzvahs, and more. He now owns and operates The Rockin' Horse Dance Barn. Tom Story (DJ, Instr.)
Tom (and Kathy) started teaching Line Dancing in 1998 and began DJing birthday parties and small parties shortly after that. He enjoys sharing the line dance and partner dance experience with others leaning toward the country side of life.

Ron Bolin (DJ+, Instr.)
Ron is our Saturday night dance DJ. He has been performing at singles dances and other events for many years. He also teaches dance classes before the dances.

Patti Conley (Instr.)
Patti has been dancing since 1997. She feels very lucky to have found her passion. West Coast Swing was her first style and continues to be her favorite with Argentine Tango running a close second. She has learned many styles of dance and loves them all! She started teaching at The Rockin' Horse with Marc Imlay in 2005.

Jeff House
Jeff' started teaching Dance at the Orion Ballroom Studio in 2006. He has competed in American Smooth and is still taking students to competitions about every 3 months. He came to The RHDB in 2006 and has been teaching Ballroom, Latin, Swing and Nightclub dancing in Privates and Group Lessons. He is also the DJ once a month on Sundays for our "All Age Dances". |

Katie Marie started teaching at a Dance Studio In Oklahoma. She moved to Renton in 2000 and taught private lessons and small group lessons. She got married and moved back to Oklahoma in 2007.

Bob Mathers (DJ+)
Bob has spent more than 2 decades at oldies stations back east (and in Seattle for a time). He’s worked stage shows with The Four Tops, Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons, Freddy Cannon, Lou Christie, Lesley Gore, Bobby Lewis, and Sonny Bono. Bob has produced stage shows with the legendary Buddy Deane…the Baltimore DJ whose TV dance show inspired the movie and stage pre-sentation of ‘Hairspray!’. Bob started at RHDB 2006.
