Dave’s Desk,
This Friday I’ll be teaching Hustle at 7pm. Hustle is a “partner” dance but you don’t need to bring a partner for the lesson. This lesson is meant for everyone. I’ll start with the basic step and then I’ll add some moves and turns as we go. Then you can stay for the dance from 8-11pm and I’ll play a variety of genres for dancing to all the types of dancing we offer at the Rockin’ Horse Dance Barn.
Did you know we have Line Dancing on Sundays for 2 hours? It’s meant for those with some Line Dance experience so if you’ve been line dancing for a while you might want to check it out. Here is a link to the info and you can just Drop-In and try it out.
Sometimes it feels like no one is reading my weekly email newsletters. If you are reading this please mention it to me or make a comment at the bottom of this page. You can also share these email/pages with your friends. You never know, you might get some more people to dance with if you share and invite them.
Do you remember Robert?
One of our long time dancing buddies – Robert Cave – passed away on October 4, 2018. We would like to invite the dance community to a Celebration of Life Dance on Saturday November 10, 2018 in the afternoon and in the Renton / Bellevue area.
This is a preliminary heads-up so that we get an idea how many people are interested and able to come. Please let us know as soon as possible, and we will provide more details in another email. We look forward to honoring Robert and seeing you.
Would you like to attend? Your comments would be very helpful in their planning.
